EuropeanChic holds a strict 24-business hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If an appointment is not canceled within that period, you will be required to leave a non-refundable deposit of $25 to book any future appointments. If you are running behind and we are unable to perform the service that was originally booked, you will still be charged in full.

All appointments that are expected to exceed 3 hours require a credit card number to reserve (this includes hair, nail and permanent makeup services in any combination) and adhere to our standard cancellation policy. All Permanent Makeup appointments require credit card numbers to be reserved and must be canceled within 48 hours of appointment or result in a $50 charge.
